Kind, internationally oriented 69 year old woman who is a teacher and comic, would like to exchange room with private bathroom in my home for assistance with basic assistance with routine housework, lawn work, cooking, etc.    House is large, with a fenced back yard.   I have a cat and very small dog, so no extra pets can be accommodated.   10 miles from University of North Carolina and 20 miles from Duke University.
