Housework help/Ranch hand needed

Located in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Yosemite. I have a two-acre hobby farm that is in decline since 2020, and I am no longer able to manage on my own. I need help with projects, garden, yard work, house cleaning, organizing, etc. I have all the materials and tools needed to get it blossoming again.

I'm looking for someone who will work with me to get the garden productive again, mend fences, keep the yard mowed, help build a chicken run, and other projects. You'll need the ability to shovel dirt, carry 50 lbs, and use power tools safely. Someone who is willing to cook 2 or 3 days a week preferred. Initially I need help organizing and cleaning inside the house, but then just some maintenance housework. I will also need someone to housesit/petsit while I'm out of town for a few days at a time, but the days will be planned and are flexible around your schedule if you take a second job locally or go to college. I have two dogs and two cats, with plans on getting chickens again once the new run is built.

You'll have your own furnished bedroom and bathroom, and access to a vehicle. All groceries and toiletries will be provided. Some spending money too, although you'll be able to get a local job as well if you want. Internet and television provided. There's a laundry room and a small home gym. Located only 10 minute drive to town. It's less than an hour to Y0semite National Park, plus lots of other hiking/camping locations. There's camping gear available to borrow. You'll only need to put in a few hours a week here, giving you time for activities, relaxation, a paid part-time job, or college (Columbia Community College is nearby).
